Return/Exchange Policy


 

At Dulce-nd-Belles Boutique, our customer’s satisfaction is important to us. Although we want you to be pleased with your purchase, we realize issues may sometimes arise that involve making decisions to return your item(s). We will do everything we can to make your shopping experience with us a happy one.

We do not issue refunds. Items can be returned for store credit only. Store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card via email and within 5-7 days from the date we receive the items. Shipping is non-refundable unless the error is on our part.

Store credit will only be issued for eligible items that are returned within 10 days from the date the items are shipped. Items received after the 10-day timeframe will not be accepted and will be shipped back to the customer at his/her expense. The items must be in the following condition to be eligible for return:

1.      Items must be unworn and unwashed

2.      Items must be free of any scents and stains (deodorant, blood, perfume, ink, etc.).

3.      Items must have the original tags attached along with the packing slip/return form

4.      Shoes must be returned in the original box

 

Items ineligible for return even if purchased using a coupon/discount code include but are not limited to:

1.      Items marked sale, discounted, clearance, special ordered, promotional, or final sale

2.      Personalized items

3.      Accessories including hats, scarves, jewelry, eyeglasses, face masks, etc.

4.      Swimwear

5.      Intimate apparel

6.      Beauty/health items

7.      Bodysuits

 


Question: What happens if I receive a defective item in my order?

Answer:  We will take every precaution to inspect all items before they are shipped. Please contact us via email or phone within 3 days of receiving a defective item. Items must not show signs of being worn, washed, or deliberately tampered with to be eligible for return/exchange. The return policy must be adhered to.  

 


Question:  Do I have the option to use my eGift Card online and at the store location?

Answer:  You may use your eGift card either online or at our store.         


 

Question:  Can I return an item for exchange?

Answer: Yes, if you decide you want another size, color, or something totally different, you may return the items at your expense as long as they are eligible to be returned per our return policy. Once items are inspected and determined to be eligible for return/exchange, a store credit will be issued. The store credit can be used to purchase another item. Shipping fees will apply
