Frequently Asked Questions

Question:  When will my order be processed and shipped?

Answer: Orders will be processed and shipped within 0-3 days from the date you complete your order. This excludes holidays. We use USPS as our main shipping source, although other options are available.


Question:  Will I receive a notification when my orders are shipped?

Answer:  Yes, an email will be sent to the email address you provide during checkout.


Question:  Do you ship to international locations?

Answer:  At this time, we only ship to locations within the U.S. and Canada.


Question: What are your shipping rates?

Answer:  Shipping rates vary depending on the shipping options. Most items will qualify for our flat shipping rate of $8.00 for standard shipping (3-5 days). Priority shipping (1-3 days) can range from $15.00 to $28.00 for overnight services for domestic shipments. Canada shipping will vary depending on the shipping option chosen during checkout.  


Question: How can I receive free shipping?

Answer:  Free shipping is available for purchases of $150.00 or above. We also offer customers the option to pick up their purchases at our store location for free.


Question:   What happens if I am missing items or receive the wrong items from my order?

Answer:  While we do our best to ensure the correct items are included in your package, we do realize mistakes can happen. Please contact us via email or phone within 3 days of receiving your package to discuss your options.  We will be happy to replace items you incorrectly received once those item(s) are returned in the condition per our return policy. These items must be returned within 10 days of notifying us. We will refund shipping fees on these returns.


Question:  Can I return an item for exchange?

Answer: Yes, if you decide you want another size, color, or something totally different, you may return the items at your expense as long as they are eligible to be returned per our return policy. Once items are inspected and determined to be eligible for return/exchange, a store credit will be issued. The store credit can be used to purchase another item. Shipping fees will apply  


Question:  What if I want to cancel or change my order?

Answer:   Please contact us immediately. Sometimes we may be able to change or cancel orders before they are processed and shipped. Orders cannot be canceled or changed once they are processed or shipped.


Question: What happens if I do not receive my package(s)?

Answer:  We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost, please contact us asap so that we can assist you with tracking your package. We do not alter shipping addresses. Packages will be shipped to the address you enter at the time of your purchase. Customers will be notified via email/phone of any packages returned to our location marked undeliverable. Packages can be reshipped at the expense of the customer. Store credit will not be issued for undeliverable packages.


Question: What can I do if I fail to apply my discount before completing my order?

Answer:  Discounts must be applied at the time you complete your order.
